Highlights
A season to forget for Broxburn Supporters. Hopes where high when Billy Russell's team walked away with promotion last season. All fans where optimistic this season, but before the season started, disaster. Billy Russell resigned from his post due to a difference with the committee over signing a player.
George Bowmaker was the glowing candidate hired to replace Billy. George had a good track record but the players never responded to him. Mid-season with Broxburn staring at a drop back down to Division 2, a third manager was appointed in Jamie Dolan, the ex-Motherwell player.
The damage had been done by then and Broxburn fought but where relegated on the last day of the season.
It was this season that Broxburn reached their first cup final in 16 years. In front of 650 fans at Linlithgow, Broxburn lost 2-0 to Harthill.
